We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This position plays a vital role in driving business growth and supporting both our Outside Sales team and Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills—particularly by phone and email—and a collaborative mindset. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, building, and nurturing relationships with clients to sell our products. You will work independently and collaborate with others in the office. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client base and revenue in designated territories.

Key Responsibilities: Develop new business through proactive outbound calls and email outreach Support the Outside Sales team by, managing current customers, qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and coordinating customer follow-ups. Maintain organized and accurate records of sales activities.
