Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Orangeville, ON. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order entry, tracking quotes, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. This role will coordinate communication between customers, sales, production, and service teams to ensure timely responses, accurate lead times, and smooth fulfillment of orders. The individual will handle incoming inquiries, provide product and service information, and follow up on leads and open quotations. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, assisting with pricing updates, supporting sales events or customer visits, and helping to improve internal sales processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, including order processing, pipeline tracking, and CRM or ERP data management. Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting account management. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact professionally with customers. Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales support is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Orangeville, ON, and collaborate closely with sales, production, and service teams. Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
