About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Housing and human environments, general. Real estate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner. Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties. Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance. Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation.
