Co-ordinate administrative services Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies Supervise office and volunteer staff Prepare production and other reports Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units Analyze costs of production Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Track and complete work orders Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
