Location: 600 De Maisonneuve Boulevard West, Montreal, QC H3A 3J2 (100% on-site) Employment Status: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Schedule: Monday to Friday (must be available to work a schedule that may vary between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., depending on operational needs). *Please note that there will be approximately three evening shifts per month; therefore, the schedule will be primarily daytime. What You'll Do
Welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner Answer internal phone calls Process client billing Balance and close the cash register at the end of the day Manage appointments (confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations) Collaborate with the Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations Respond to client inquiries and help minimize wait times Open and/or close the clinic reception area Manage incoming patient emails Participate in month-end reconciliation activities Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and inventory of the service area Provide administrative support and coverage as needed Perform any other related duties as assigned Qualifications What You Bring
High school diploma completed Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of medical terminology (asset) Professionalism, courtesy, and discretion Ability to work efficiently while maintaining confidentiality Punctuality and reliability Strong stress management and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Professional and polished appearance
Advanced English proficiency is required, as this role involves regular interaction in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners), internal stakeholders (e.g., colleagues and team members), and the use of English-language computer systems and tools in a position with national scope.
