Corrpro Canada is a technology-enabled Cathodic Protection services company that provides construction, inspection, engineering, materials management and custom software and hardware to deliver innovative and data-driven corrosion management solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will assist Corrpro Canada’s operations department and be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of invoices, utilizing software’s including Microsoft Business Central, as well as general day-to-day admin duties.

WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

  • Provide administrative assistance to Operations, members of the management team and field staff as required.
  • Create invoices and process transactions in Microsoft Business Central’s order management system
  • Support data conversion, map updates/ drafting requests, LEM creation, report processing, material transfers and in-house job prep
  • Ensure all invoicing processing requirements are completed timely and accurately
  • Enter data updates using application, such as Excel, Word, Microsoft Business Central, SharePoint, and Nitro Pro
  • Order/purchase office supplies, ship all/any items
  • Maintain Asset Tiger (equipment management program), maintain equipment compliance including calibrations and repairs, sign in and out equipment, schedule major vehicle appointments, drop-off and pick-up vehicles if needed
  • Monitor main phone line, complete office inspections, inventory tracking, inventory support (annually), open orders, stock orders when required, take meeting notes/minutes
  • Setup new employees in systems and assist with onboarding, schedule employee safety ticket courses when needed
  • Assist with IT and Blackline support, Internal COR auditor for BC and assist material sales
  • Review and update safety documents onsite in SDS binders, Safety Board, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and/or Experience: High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or data entry experience. Experience with Business Central or similar ERP system is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and work with numerical data.

Other Skills & Abilities 

  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists and interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Computer-Based: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools. Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the capacity to engage constructively with colleagues.
