Mechanical Plumbing/HVAC Project Coordinator Location: In Office (Full-Time) Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mechanical Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in the mechanical/plumbing construction industry who is looking to further develop their project coordination career. The successful candidate will work closely with our project managers, site foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors/builders to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities between subcontractors, site foremen, internal teams, and general contractors/builders. Maintain clear and professional communication with all project stakeholders. Prepare and issue project quotations and assist with tender pricing. Review mechanical plumbing drawings to identify project requirements. Prepare and process change orders and purchase orders. Obtain pricing and quotations from suppliers and vendors. Review shop drawings for accuracy and coordinate approvals. Prepare and submit project submittals in accordance with project specifications. Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and tracking deliverables. Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the mechanical plumbing construction industry. Strong understanding of residential mechanical plumbing construction processes. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. Experience preparing quotations, change orders, purchase orders, and project submittals. Familiarity with reviewing shop drawings. Experience obtaining supplier pricing and coordinating procurement. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Experience with construction management software is considered an asset (Procore etc) What We Offer Competitive salary of $60,000–$80,000, based on experience.
