Full-Time Receptionist Opportunity at New Era Dentist

New Era Dentist (Maple Ridge, BC) has an opportunity for a full-time dental receptionist.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a friendly, patient-centered environment. We are looking for (qualified) Dental Receptionist with credentials, 2+ years of experience working in a Canadian dental practice. We are offering 4-5 days/week including 2 Saturdays/month. On Saturdays we are open until 8:00 - 3:00pm (We are not open on long weekends).

The ideal candidate must be a team player, adaptable to our clinic processes, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments while managing patient flow.
• Handling dental insurance billing and treatment coordination responsibilities.
• Assisting with treatment planning and patient care discussions.
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Managing phone calls and responding to patient inquiries.
• Providing administrative support to the clinical team as needed.
• Booking and maintaining treatment schedule

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience *preferred *as a qualified dental receptionist in Canada, a dental reception certificate is required.
• Experience with Tracker Dental software is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing processes.
• Experience with treatment coordination and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt to clinic processes and maintain efficiency in a busy environment.

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour
