We invite applications for the position of full-time Bulk Petroleum Coordinator to join our team at our Bulk Petroleum team in Stony Plain, AB.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Petroleum Division Manager, the Bulk Petroleum Coordinator is responsible for:

Day to day execution of bulk petroleum and cardlock administration, including answering customer calls, order requests, driver dispatch, and delivery prioritization.

Coordinates bulk petroleum division team members to ensure critical tasks and work flows are completed on time, including participation in regular team meetings, as well as communication and collaboration with departments across North Central Co-op to ensure alignment and adherence to company standards, policies, procedures, brand expectations, and service requirements.

Supporting strong member and customer relationships through exemplary service to new and existing members and providing practical solutions in bulk petroleum administrative functions.

Ensure administrative compliance in areas of safety, Alberta Transportation regulations, environmental requirements, and asset protection programs for bulk petroleum operations. Supports inspections, corrective actions, and compliance activities in partnership with the Petroleum Division Manager and internal stakeholders.

Oversee cardlock site standards, including inside store appearance, merchandising, inventory levels, stock ordering, and cleanliness.

Support operational and financial reporting as directed by the Petroleum Division Manager, including truck efficiencies, environmental reporting, fuel reconciliation, and other reports.

Occasional commuting to our cardlock location in Legal, Alberta is required.

Who you are:

High school diploma or equivalent. A post-secondary diploma or certificate in a related field is considered an asset.

3-6 years of relevant experience.

Supply chain and dispatch experience, preferable in the commercial petroleum industry.

Tech savvy and demonstrated comfort with a variety of commercial petroleum, dispatch and administrative computer systems.

Knowledge of petroleum products is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to safely operate a forklift valid forklift ticket.

Class 5 drivers license.

Some lifting required, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
