Truckload Specialist
Full-time
Florenceville - Bristol, NB
Responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction by responding to customer calls, answering questions, and solving issues related to truckload orders.
How You’ll Help
-
- Build healthy working relationships with customers to deliver positive customer experiences
-
- Complete daily Track & Trace and provide customer reports as required .
-
- Monitor Customer Pick ups and Deliveries to ensure completion through communication to the Operations Team.
-
- Strive for 100% on time service and provide excellent customer experience
-
- Responding professionally to customer related requests via email, chat and phone. (internal & external customers)
-
- Open and maintain cases within Sales Force based on all customer inquiries/interactions via phone or e-mail.
-
- Communicate in an effective and efficient manner with terminals & operations team to assure on time service.
-
- Perform effectively in a teamwork environment and collaborate with other members of the Customer Service department to assure continued support to valued customers.

- Acquire working knowledge of other team members roles, responsibilities, and customers to help cover workload during absences. Cross Training will be required.

- Proactively manage returns, redirects, and routing approval.

- Enter orders in TM, update of changes, responsibility for customer detail being updated within TM to ensure all details are up to date.

- Audit of FB in the TM system to ensure proper information integration to the finance system.

- Schedule of pick up and deliveries per customer requests to meet On Time Service

- Be a positive influence within the team
Your Skills & Experience:
-
Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education in business, logistics or administration is a strong asset.
-
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
-
Previous customer service experience in the transportation industry is a strong asset.

Advanced communication skills – both verbal and written.
-
Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office, Excel and Outlook, as well as web-based products and an aptitude for learning new software. Knowledge and /or experience with Truck Mate and Sales Force is a strong asset.

Accuracy in keyboarding and data entry.
-
Demonstrated customer service skills.

Strong conflict resolution skills.
-
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast paced, high transactional environment.

Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
