What You?ll Do

• Lead new patient consultations and present treatment with confidence
• Review estimates, insurance, and financial options clearly with patients
• Help patients move forward with care by building trust and clarity
• Support and guide a junior administrative team
• Assist with front desk workflow, scheduling, and patient communication
• Ensure accuracy in current administration procedures
• Help implement and follow office policies
• Schedule appointments
• Help with Day to Day administration

What We?re Looking For

• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator or senior dental administrator
• Strong ability to present treatment and discuss finances confidently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
