About the role
The Senior Procurement Analyst - Contract and Risk Management will be responsible for supporting the administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization's contract management and enterprise risk management functions. The role ensures that contractual obligations, vendor performance, organizational risks, and compliance requirements are effectively managed and aligned with organizational objectives.
The role will require working in office, in Mississauga, 3 to 4 days a week.
Responsibilities: Contract Management Draft, review, coordinate, and administer contracts, service agreements, amendments, and related documentation. Maintain a centralized contract repository and contract tracking system. Monitor contract deliverables, milestones, key dates, renewals, and compliance requirements. Coordinate contract execution processes and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained. Track vendor and contractor performance against contractual commitments and service level agreements. Prepare contract status reports and recommendations for management. Vendor Performance Management Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed-upon performance measures and contractual obligations. Coordinate regular vendor performance reviews and follow-up activities. Track vendor compliance with service standards, timelines, and deliverables. Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools. Enterprise Risk Management Support the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Facilitate risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities across departments. Maintain corporate and departmental risk registers. Monitor the status of risk mitigation plans and associated actions. Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. Compliance and Governance Support compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legislation. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, guidelines, and governance frameworks. Participate in internal reviews, audits, and compliance assessments. Procurement Support Support procurement initiatives and competitive procurement processes including RFPs and RFQs. Assist in vendor evaluations and procurement documentation. Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and procedures. Reporting and Analysis Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials related to contracts, vendor performance, and risks. Analyze trends, performance indicators, compliance results, and risk data. Prepare recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in contract administration, risk management, procurement, compliance, governance, or a related field.
