About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Customer Service Assistant to support our long-established skincare and haircare business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administrative work, and keeping things organized.
Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone/email Process payments and operate the cash register Complete general administrative tasks Organize files and maintain records Respond to customer inquiries Help with day-to-day office and store operations
📍 Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site) 💲 Pay: $20–$25/hour ⏰ Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
Requirements Friendly and professional attitude Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Organized with good attention to detail Able to multitask and work independently Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset but not required
