Branch Warehouse & Replenishment Associate
About the role
Position Summary
The Branch Warehouse and Replenishment Associate supports efficient branch operations through warehouse management, inventory control, customer service, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) replenishment activities. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional service for both branch and on-site customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, ship, receive, and inspect products, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment activities, and discrepancy resolution.
- Conduct customer site visits to monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and support Vendor Managed Inventory programs.
- Process customer orders, quotes, transactions, returns, and order confirmations.
- Provide product information and responsive customer service while building positive customer relationships.
- Assistwith counter sales, merchandising, warehouse organization, andmaintainingclean customer-facing areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment asrequired(training provided).
- Maintainaccuraterecords and update ERP, CRM, inventory, and point-of-sale systems.
- Follow all health and safety policies andmaintaina safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and organizationalobjectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, customer service, or related operations.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Forklift certificationis consideredan asset (training can be provided).
- Customer-focused with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
