Administrative Assistant
Tee Pee Trade & RV Centre is looking to expand our working family with hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide excellent and reliable customer service for our RV dealership. Come join our fun and hard-working team that services the Central Alberta area out of our location in Camrose, Alberta.
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $18-$22 an hour dependent on experience
Position responsibilities:
· Act as a liaison for a client-focused industry, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Ensure incoming calls, emails, and texts are handled in a timely and efficient manner
· Process daily cash and payroll information for senior staff members
· Distribute emails and photos with our warranty vendors
· Work together with multiple departments to ensure a flow of information
· Complete data entry and general administrative tasks as required
Position requirements:
· Computer literacy with typing and uploading documents
· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and cloud-based software (Google Drive)
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
· Valid Alberta Driver's License
