What you will do: Serve as the main administrative contact for customers, responding to order-related questions and providing timely updates. Coordinate confirmed orders from receipt through production, delivery, and billing. Review order details and documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate. Prepare and maintain organized customer files, production paperwork, and order records. Communicate requirements, changes, priorities, and deadlines to production and other departments. Ensure production has the materials, labels, documentation, and information needed to complete each order. Track active orders, follow up on outstanding items, and address potential delays or issues. Maintain accurate order and billing information in Micron while managing multiple priorities and administrative tasks. What you will bring: Minimum of two years of experience in administration, order management, customer service, or a related role. Experience in building materials, construction, distribution, or a production environment is considered an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage paperwork and coordinate multiple orders and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to follow-up. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with order-entry, billing, ERP, or business management systems is considered an asset. Comfortable working in an office-based position involving regular computer work and frequent communication by phone and email.
