The Role

Canadian Client Solutions is a business development strategy team that supportshigh-profile brokerage pursuits across Canada – spanning all asset classes andtransaction types.

As a key member of thisteam, the Solutions Analyst acts as a strategic partner and trusted liaison to salesprofessionals across the Canadian brokerage – applying judgment, influence, andreal-time coordination to align stakeholders and shape winning, client-centric pitches.

Reporting to the Director,Client Solutions the Solutions Analyst will be pivotal in preparing compellingpresentations and proposals. They will ensure that all materials align with ourbranding and communication standards while enhancing the quality of ourdeliverables.

Key Responsibilities Willinclude

Coordinate the proposal process from inception to completion, assigning tasks to team members and subject matter experts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal experts to produce accurate and persuasive proposal content. Monitor bid sites and manage project timelines effectively. Write, edit, and compile proposal responses while maintaining rigorous quality control. Conduct research and data analysis to support management strategy development for new pursuits. Maintain a comprehensive proposal pursuit database. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Education & Experience: Diploma or degree from a recognized college or university, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, consulting, research, client development, or marketing. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with strong organizational and analytical skills. Proven track record of providing timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal clients. Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret various business documents and navigate complex situations. Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with financial principles and experience in financial modeling and asset valuations is a plus. Other Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working with large data sets and Request for Proposal models is preferred. A keen interest in adapting to new technologies. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $74,000-$82,000 annually.
