Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Full-Time

Hartland, NB

Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week)

 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, assisting with sourcing / talent pool management and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in HR and talent acquisition.

 

How You'll Help:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with TA Partners to support recruitment efforts for high volume roles through sourcing, resume review and phone interviews.
  • Preparing and posting job ads.
  • Actively maintain candidate pools to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and send offer letters.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics tracking.
  • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support additional TA related projects as needed.
  • Assist with excel reporting where applicable.
  • Other duties required as needed.

 

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or an administrative role
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, environment required
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Resourceful & Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Oracle
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-service mindset
  • Fluent in French and/or Spanish considered a strong asset
