Our core values: Safety, Collaboration, Innovation, Sustainability, and Diversity guide every decision we make. They are reflected in how we work together, how we serve our community, and how we create a workplace where everyone feels respected, included, and empowered to do their best.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and pride in a job well done. Whether you're preparing the ice, maintaining equipment, or getting the facility ready for the next program or event, you will play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.

If you are looking for a seasonal opportunity where your work is appreciated, your team has your back, and every day brings something new, we'd love to welcome you to the RRC team in Anzac.
