A conversational AI system matches buyers and renters with properties, qualifies leads automatically, and routes verified, ready-to-view clients directly to agents. Our consumer platform launches at guidhome.ca. The technology is built. The business model is validated. Now we're assembling the founding team. The Opportunity This is not a traditional employment offer. We're looking for a licensed Broker of Record to join us as a founding operational partner. Someone who will shape how the brokerage runs, build the agent roster, and grow with the company as it scales across GTA and Ontario. Your RECO license is the operational foundation of Aegis Concierge Inc., and it's what enables the platform to connect to TRREB MLS and CREA DDF. Without a licensed broker, there's no legal access to MLS data. This is a core product dependency. What You'll Do Regulatory & Compliance Serve as Broker of Record under RECO/TRESA, manage the trust account, approve transactions, sign required documentation, and act as primary contact with RECO. MLS & Data Access Maintain active credentials for TRREB MLS and CREA DDF, ensuring uninterrupted API access for the platform. Agent Network Recruit, train, and manage RECO-licensed agents. Build the roster from 5 to 25+ within 12 months. Operations Establish the physical GTA office, build internal SOPs, and collaborate with the product team. What We're Looking For Active Broker license (RECO, Ontario), required day one Canadian resident with existing TRREB membership or eligibility Proven experience running a brokerage in Ontario Deep understanding of TRESA, REBBA 2002, and RECO Comfort in a tech-driven, process-heavy environment Strong advantage: Russian or Ukrainian speaker, given our founding team and the agent community we're building.
