Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating virtual and in-person appointments, and organizing travel and related logistics. The role also involves preparing and processing expense reports, drafting and editing correspondence, organizing files and documents, and supporting the CEO with presentations and meeting materials. The Executive Assistant will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely follow-up on action items, and help maintain efficient workflows and communication. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, including managing sensitive information and high-level communications. Experience with Expense Reports, including accurate tracking, reconciliation, and adherence to company policies. Strong Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for senior leaders. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and general office coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professional presentation. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues. Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar, video conferencing, word processing, and spreadsheets). Prior experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team is preferred. Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is beneficial.
