The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, or guests within the company or establishment. He or she warmly welcomes people, answers questions, handles phone calls, and performs various administrative support tasks.
This role is essential in ensuring a positive visitor experience and the smooth operation of the front desk.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Visitor Management
- Maintain logbook and manage access for all office visitors.
- Greet all office guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Administrative Support
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
- Maintain the appearance of the front office.
- Provide office support to the front office staff in order to ensure an efficient and effective office workflow
- Update and maintain the office contact and distribution list.
- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate maintenance calls for the office.
Inventory Management and Maintenance
- Monitor and maintain an appropriate inventory of office supplies.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

High school diploma required.

1 to 3 years of experience in the same field or a related field.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Bilingualism is required for this position.

Salesforce CRM (asset).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Location: Kirkland, Quebec (On site)
