About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking detail-oriented Records Management Clerks to support a large-scale backlog initiative focused on reviewing and processing physical and digital records. This role involves working through archived documents, validating retention requirements, and supporting a structured records destruction process. Candidates will handle both physical materials and system-based tasks to ensure compliance with established procedures. This is a hands-on, process-driven role ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-focused work
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when reviewing and classifying documents
- Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and focus
- Ability to handle physical work (e.g., opening boxes, sorting files) alongside basic computer tasks
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow structured procedures without supervision
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or records management roles
- Experience working with document management or records systems
- Post-secondary education (especially students or recent graduates)
- Experience in roles requiring audit, compliance, or documentation accuracy
This position hourly salary ranges from $19/hr - $23/hr.
