About the role

Your role:
Provide support to the Account Director by prioritizing and managing complex and diverse administrative activities for files within the Real Estate sector.
Optimize your interventions, ensure client satisfaction and loyalty, while identifying business opportunities.
Open and manage commercial client account files.
Support colleagues in resolving non-standard or exceptional files.
Identify operational issues, propose solutions, and contribute to the development of new procedures.
Perform verifications and analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial data while meeting deadlines, and participate in various tasks related to financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.
Your team:
Working in the Real Estate sector, you’ll be part of a large team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration and you report to the Director of Sales Support, Real Estate Development Unit Group. In addition to maintaining client relationships and carrying out a variety of tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.

Prerequisites:
Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
Customer service experience
Knowledge of commercial banking products and services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
Knowledge of LIS, PH, and ICOP applications is an asset
Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
Languages: French, English Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
