Responsibilities
Tasks
Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment Organize and maintain inventory Prepare and submit reports Plan intervention programs Monitor safety conditions Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met Develop risk management plans Conduct surveys Follow emergency and safety procedures Identifying and investigating compliance issues Recommend security systems Plan safety programs Evaluate safety programs
