Key Responsibilities:

-       Plan operations and resources for shipping activities.

-       Assign tasks to team members based on priorities.

-       Develop and implement performance indicators.

-       Oversee the onboarding and training of new employees.

-       Manage shipping operations from start to finish.

-       Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

-       Prepare planning for the following day.

-       Perform any other related duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

-       Minimum of two years of experience in team management.

-       Ability to perform physical tasks.

-       Functional proficiency in English, as the Team Lead will manage a bilingual team (French/English) approximately 50% of the time.

Salary: $24 per hour

Schedule: Day shift: 7:05 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. (Monday to Friday) or Evening shift: 3:35 p.m. to 11:35 p.m.
