Your vision and leadership as Conference Services and Catering Coordinator will ensure an engaged team, efficient operations – and service that exceed the expectations of every client. Competitive Salary: $55,000-$58,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education Reporting to the Assistant Director of Conference Services, responsibilities and essential job functions include but not limited to the following: Maintain good working relationships with all departments Ensure that the equipment and general work area is maintained to a high standard, including desks, filing cabinets and supplies Conduct follow up preparation of information concerning all catering and conference related functions for hotel staff (preparation and delivery) Answer direct telephone inquiries or redirect inquiries to proper individuals Coordinate all internal meetings and internal function, complete banquet event orders accordingly, and coordinate all People and Culture Events.
