We are passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences while continuously expanding our business through innovation, operational excellence, and strong customer relationships. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Operations Assistant to support our Head Office team. About the Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, coordinating projects, solving day-to-day operational challenges, and keeping multiple tasks moving efficiently. You will work closely with our Head Office team to support business operations, store communications, customer service, and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many areas of a growing business including retail operations, marketing support, logistics, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Provide general administrative support to the Head Office team Organize digital files and company documentation Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Operations Support Assist with courier platform updates (menus, pricing, product information) Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and online reviews Coordinate communications with store managers and vendors Track maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding items Assist with project coordination and implementation Marketing & Business Support Update website and product information Assist with promotional campaigns and product launches Coordinate marketing materials and internal communications Support event planning and special business initiatives Other Duties Assist with inventory and operational tracking Support cross-functional projects as assigned Perform additional administrative and operational tasks to support business growth Qualifications Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Preferred Qualifications Administrative or office experience Customer service experience Experience with Shopify, Clover POS, or delivery platforms is an asset Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is an asset What We Offer Salary: $38,000–$45,000 annually Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company Diverse responsibilities and hands-on experience across multiple business functions Supportive and collaborative team environment Employee discounts across our brands
