About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures . Review and evaluate new administrative procedures . Delegate work to office support staff. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Train staff. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Organized. Ability to multitask. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Day. Weekend.
