Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for supporting the daily operations of WVIP’s automated parking systems. This role involves monitoring system performance, coordinating routine maintenance and service activities, and ensuring smooth parking operations throughout the facility. The Operations Coordinator will handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting, while serving as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role also includes resolving operational issues, escalating technical concerns as needed, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify issues, and support continuous improvement. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to coordinate daily activities, prioritize tasks, and maintain smooth system workflows. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, manage concerns, and ensure a positive parking experience. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to handle scheduling, record keeping, documentation, and report preparation. Experience in facility operations, logistics, or technology-enabled services is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment are preferred. Proficiency with basic office software and comfort working with digital systems and dashboards is an asset. Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in operations, business, or a related field is advantageous.
