Position Summary Robinson Global Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support executives and consulting teams by coordinating daily administrative operations, managing schedules, preparing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, proposals, presentations, and procurement-related documents. Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential business records. Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional manner. Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and expense reporting. Support procurement consultants with document preparation and project coordination. Track project deadlines and assist with administrative aspects of consulting engagements. Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee records. Order office supplies and maintain administrative procedures. Assist with invoice preparation, expense reconciliation, and document processing. Support company events, training sessions, webinars, and client meetings. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

*Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative or executive support experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.

Compensation For U.S.-based employees, a competitive compensation package may include:

$65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience, education, location, and qualifications. Potential annual performance-based bonus.
