Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Implement and administer employee policies and promote positive employee relations.
  • Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first day experience.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes.
  • Assistin the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
  • Manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase productivity.
  • Provide recruitingassistanceand candidate screening and assessment.
  • Select the most qualified candidates andmaintainrelationships with employment agencies.
  • Work towards improving company policies and procedures.
  • Handle termination-related matters and prepare termination and severance letters.
  • Provide training and support to other team members of the human resources department.
  • Be well-versed in laws and regulationsregardinghiring and firing.
  • As being JHSC membership member, following up the process of health and safety from manager. Doing inspections monthly, joining JHSC meeting on time.
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations 
  • Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.  
  • Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added ascompanycontinues to grow.

  

Qualifications and Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources 
  • Self-starter and a team player in a diversified and dynamic and fast-paced product development environment
  • Energetic,self-motivated,and enthusiastic
  • Ability to handle multiple diverse assignments successfully in a consulting firmenvironment.
  • Detail-oriented with respect to quality andaccuracy.
  • Capable of working independently, while being a collaborative member of the team
  • Takes initiative to complete tasks in progress and seek creative solutions.
  • Problem-solving and resourcefulness
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meetdeadlines.
  • Uncompromised commitment to confidentiality
