Residential Cleaner – Part-Time | Christine Cleans – Eastern Passage, Cole Harbour & Shearwater

Christine Cleans is a growing residential cleaning company primarily serving Eastern Passage, Cole Harbour & Shearwater, specializing in military march-out cleans and low-tox cleaning for families and pets. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team.

The role: Part-time to start: 4–5 hours a day, 3 days a week Weekday daytime shifts with a 9:00/9:30 AM start time Opportunity for increased hours as the company grows Residential maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-out cleans Start date: mid-August

Compensation: $25/hour — above industry standard Bonus pay on large jobs — move-outs and deep cleans include additional earning on top of the hourly rate Paid travel time between jobs Paid training on our cleaning methods and low-tox products This is a payroll position — not a cash or contractor arrangement

What we provide: All cleaning supplies and equipment Hands-on training and clear cleaning checklists for every job type

Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clear police check Two references Comfortable with the physical nature of the work: bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, stairs, and being on your feet for full shifts Strong attention to detail and pride in your work; cleaning experience is an asset, but reliability and work ethic matter most
