Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is a remote role supporting daily operations at Appraise Wise. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming calls and emails • Scheduling appointments • Maintaining digital records • Preparing documents for appraisal files • Organizing files and updating databases • Coordinating communication between appraisers, clients, and partners • Tracking deadlines and preparing basic reports
Consistent, professional communication and reliable independent execution are essential.
Qualifications
• Strong administrative and clerical skills covering scheduling, documentation, data entry, and file organization • Professional phone etiquette and clear communication for client inquiries and internal coordination • Experience supporting leadership with calendars, meetings, and follow ups • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and online calendars, with the ability to learn new tools quickly • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting • Prior administrative experience, ideally in professional services, real estate, or finance; post secondary education or relevant training is an asset
