Hiring P/T receptionist position. 20 hours per week. Combination of day shifts and evenings.

Must be personable, quick learner, and confident using or learning how to use Jane software.

Experience with Insurance companies and Jane software is required

Duties include:

-Answering phones and emails

-Booking in patients

-Responding to patients questions/needs

-Administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing and ensuring any required paperwork, such as MVA and chart copies are completed in a timely manner

-Ensure clinic is tidy and clean

-Opening and closing duties

-Communicate with staff and patients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
