Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 7/7 rotation.

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. The Site Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage all site logistics to support operational and construction activities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient worker transportation, accommodation, and site access, while maintaining compliance with safety, privacy, and operational standards. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate between camp management, transportation providers, contractors, and site administration teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site logistics, including assignment of gate passes, booking of rooms, and coach and shuttle transportation.
  • Develop and maintain shuttle schedules based on operational and construction requirements, optimizing costs and maximizing workforce efficiency.
  • Manage the bus company contract and oversee day-to-day transportation requirements.
  • Collaborate with Camp Management (MBC) to coordinate room availability and assignments, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and room readiness.
  • Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for the camp software system, managing user training, profile maintenance and system requirements.
  • Support site administrators with onboarding logistics for new hires and contractors, ensuring accurate setup of travel, accommodations, and site access.
  • Monitor and report on key logistics metrics including occupancy levels, transportation utilization and trends to support planning and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with site access protocols, safety procedures, and privacy standards when handling personnel information.
  • Assist with emergency response planning and execution (e.g., evacuation planning, transportation coordination).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of transportation schedules, room assignments and overall logistics activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and camp management to ensure seamless logistical support for operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve with operational needs.’ 

Job Qualifications and Skills:

  • Post-secondary education or diploma in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, camp management, or workforce transportation (mining or construction industry experience considered an asset).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using logistics, scheduling, or camp management software systems.
  • Experience working in remote camp environments and/or rotational mining projects considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with contractors, employees, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing operational requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in recordkeeping and compliance.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and site access requirements.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits: 

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $72,500/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
