Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. About the role We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! What you’ll do here: Provide administrative support for the life and group benefits teams by assisting with policy delivery and renewals with a view to preferred client experience Handling and processing of daily correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and documentation in the broker management system Work closely with the administration team with the creation of new client profiles and triaging of new leads Preparation of the monthly referral bonus payable Assist with E&O and licensing duties with existing and new advisors Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally Transacting of client premium and commission Provide backup support for monthly client billing reports and cross-check for accuracy and minimize errors Assist with special projects as required What you bring to the table: Strong interpersonal and organization skills Post-Secondary Education Exposure to Epic is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Strong time management and organizational skills Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office Intermediate Word and Excel skills required This role is a new member of our growing team.
