We're looking for an organized, ambitious, and self motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager with a wide variety of projects. We're looking for someone who can take direction, think critically, stay organized, and confidently execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities Assist with sponsorships, community partnerships, and events. Conduct market and competitor research. Organize files and marketing assets in Google Drive. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Help coordinate projects and meet deadlines. Support various marketing and administrative tasks as needed. Attend occasional events, including some evenings and weekends. Qualifications Highly organized and detail oriented. Self motivated and able to work independently and with a team. Ambitious, reliable, and eager to learn. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced everchanging environment. Able to take direction and complete projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements Proficient with Google Drive and Google Workspace. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferred. Smart Serve Certification. Flexible availability. Events and/or sponsorship experience. Hospitality or beverage industry experience.
