Our client within the resources sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a 3 month contract. The key responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst will be:

• Review and facilitate how the company costs their operations for budgeting purposes • Review company financial models and determine if they are continuing to operate effectively • Review corporate head office budget especially with the company continuing to grow and run through basic templates • Support the review and usage of OneStream and Anaplan

The ideal candidate is a designated accountant (CPA or equivalent) or CFA/MBA with 3+ years of proven FP&A experience. You also have the following key criteria for the job:

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling experience • OneStream experience would be an asset • Excellent analytical and written & verbal communication skills • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships across the organization • Attention to detail, with ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines • Advanced Excel skills
