About the role
Job Description TumbleTown Movement Education Centre is seeking an experienced reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with industry experience to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will perform duties and contribute to efficient business administration. The candidate as part of a small business team will also flexibly assist other team member in their duties to ensure continuity of service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and process documents reports as needed for business operations such as correspondences, letters and forms. Manage company email and ensure consistent reply with emphasis on customer queries on gymnastics classes Schedule and confirm events and class schedules and makeup classes of students Answer telephone and electronic inquiries related to gymnastics classes Order office supplies and maintain inventory Maintain and organize filing systems Arrange events and facility reservations Compile data for management reports Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Employment Requirements Completion of college diploma Post-secondary education in business related degree is an asset Minimum One (1) year administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Industry experience in gymnastics or movement education for toddlers and children Experience with scheduling and client management software, minimum (1) Year. Jackrabbit management software experience is an advantage Experience with email management systems, minimum One (1) year experience, Roundcube Webmail system experience is an advantage

We currently operate four custom-built facilities across Vancouver and Richmond:

Fraser Street
Steveston
