About the role
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient office procedures and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist with clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare documents and reports using Google Suite applications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications

Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.

Experience in clerical work, preferably in an office or medical office setting.

Familiarity with phone systems and excellent communication skills.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.

Must be able to speak Hindi and Punjabi.

Knowledge of content creation, and social media handling will be advantage.

Previous experience in immigration or educational office is considered as asset.
