Responsibilities
Check guests in for their adventures Ensure liability waivers are completed Answer phone calls and emails regarding guest inquiries and business administration Take payments for bookings and retail while ensuring daily balances are correct Keep bookings organized through reservation systems Radio dispatch for guide communications and emergencies during tour operations Ensure the office/retail store is clean and presentable
Requirements
Exceptional customer service and professionalism Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multi-tasking and quick-thinking skills Organization skills Post-secondary education Experience with reservation systems and POS is an asset
Other Requirements
Self-starter, well-organized and independently motivated Upbeat, high-energy, enthusiastic and engaged Works well with others and supports the team’s efforts to get the job done Accepts and overcomes challenges Must have a passion for the outdoors Willing to work outside for extended periods in all weather – both summer and winter
Remuneration: Hourly Wage – To be determined based on qualifications & experience of the successful applicant. Benefits package available after qualifying period.

Our tours offer our guests exclusive access to our extensive private property, featuring a stunning waterfall/icefall, a golden larch forest, historic alpine trails, and a cozy alpine cabin.
Our snowmobile and ATV tours are designed for all experience levels - from first-time riders to seasoned adventurers. Our motorized tours include all the necessary gear, equipment and instruction. In the winter, we offer exclusive direct transport from all major hotels in Banff, Alberta.
In 2023, we began offering shuttle-accessible mountain biking on our privately built valley trails. In 2025, we soft-launched a guided alpine-mountain product on our alpine property and tenure.
