Responsibilities

Tasks

Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children Knowledge of licensing regulations Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants Ensure compliance with government regulations Coaching Resolve conflict situations Provide customer service Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Administer first aid in emergency situations Establish administrative procedures Plan and organize daily operations
