Position Details Position Status: Temporary Full Time Term Ends November 01, 2026 Location: Southport, Education Services BW Hours: 77.50 FTE: 1.00 Shift: Days Shift Times: 0800-1615 Union: Non-Union Professional Rate of Pay: $34.65 - $45.47 PCN: 10EDAsst011 Date Competition Closes: December 30, 2025 Position Summary: Reporting to the Program Director and working collaboratively with stakeholders, the Education Services Coordinator plays an integral role in managing and monitoring the workflow related to scheduling general orientation sessions and organizing educator facilitators for the same. The Education Services Coordinator is the super-user and systems administrator for the integration to Carewest’s in-house Learning Management System (LMS), and the control access point for the conversion and provision of materials to the AHS LMS, providing for quality assurance across all Carewest e-learning products, as well as common look & feel that reflects corporate identity standards. The second significant accountability of the role is the seamless administrative coordination of all education services provided by Clinical Educators and Education Associates, including managing multiple databases, registering learners, coordinating Day 1 orientation based on information received from Education and Recruitment Services, and providing statistical reports. The role is also responsible for basic financial management, including assisting management with variance reporting. Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-year post-secondary diploma in business administration, adult education, human resources management, or a related field. Reasonable equivalencies considered.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency with Excel required.
  • Knowledge of FileMaker, Skyprep, MyLearningLink or HSPnet an asset.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Proven aptitude to work in an environment requiring ongoing flexibility, attention to detail, well-developed organizational and time management skills. \n
