

About the role
Role Overview The Guest Services staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall readiness of shared spaces, while creating a welcoming environment for everyone in the office.
Key Responsibilities Receive and organize grocery deliveries Responsible for Stocks: -Main kitchen, kitchenette, and lounge snacks -Snack counter, drink fridge, and milk fridge (dispose of expired items) -Boardroom fridges -Bathrooms (pads, tampons, q-tips, floss, lens wipes, eye drops, band-aids, lint rollers, hairspray, deodorant, hair elastics, bobby pins, Lysol wipes, Febreze, toilet spray) Ensure napkins are placed on tables Refill coffee station supplies (beans, milk powders, tea, sugar, straws, stir sticks, syrups) Transfer ice from the maker to the freezer Clean coffee machine waste Manage dishwasher (consolidate, run before leaving, and unload if clean) Empty garbage and recycling bins before end of day

Schedule Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Must be flexible for occasional additional hours (with prior notice)
