Your future duties and responsibilities

You will help people and make a positive impact. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company, serving as their trusted advisor.

On a typical day, you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Analyze each request received from existing clients for contract modifications or additions within established deadlines.
  • Follow procedures according to the requests (e.g., adding a company, change of ownership, change of company name/retroactive adjustments, mergers, association/dissociation of accounting agreements, etc.).
  • Gather the necessary information from clients.
  • Create contracts in our internal system.
  • Make updates to various systems based on the requests.
  • Ensure each request is properly documented in our CRM

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en administration ou toute autre combinaison d’études et d’expérience pertinente ou équivalente;
  • Minimum un an d’expérience dans le domaine de la paie;
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle est un requis;
  • Expérience en analyse des besoins;
  • Certification de l’ACP (un atout mais non requis);
  • Souci du service à la clientèle;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter les délais;
  • Esprit d’analyse, de synthèse et de planification;
  • Bonne gestion des priorités et de son temps;
  • Bonne connaissance de nos systèmes et applications internes (Opéra, SAO, CRM, SAV, etc.)
  • Aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe et habileté de communication;
  • Capacité à travailler avec les outils bureautiques Microsoft MD Office;
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais)

Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis pour ce poste en raison de la nature du rôle nécessitant des interactions avec des clients nationaux et mondiaux.

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each individual case. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $75,000. This position is currently vacant.
