We design and ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse and showroom in Ville Saint-Laurent. We're a small, fast-moving team where every role has real impact. Role What You'll Do / Vos responsabilités

Serve as the first point of contact — phone, email, and showroom Manage daily order preparation and order flow accuracy Act as the operational bridge between sales and warehouse teams Own scheduling, follow-ups, and shipping confirmations end-to-end Anticipate needs and resolve issues with minimal oversight Maintain client-facing standards in a premium showroom setting Keep records, systems, and documentation audit-ready Support leadership on ad-hoc priorities as the business scales Calendar management for executives Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Profile What We're Looking For / Votre profil

5+ years of administrative, executive support, or office management experience Fully bilingual — French is a must, strong English required Polished, professional presence — comfortable representing the brand to clients Sound judgment and ability to manage competing priorities independently Strong command of email, Excel/Google Sheets, and order systems Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse/showroom environment Discreet, reliable, and ownership-minded

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role at the center of our operations — you'll be the first voice clients hear and the steady hand that keeps sales and warehouse aligned. We're looking for someone experienced enough to own this role with minimal hand-holding, who takes pride in doing things right.
