About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detailed-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment, possesses exceptional clerical skills, and excels at keeping daily business operations structured and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Assistance & Clerical Operations:
- Provide strong organizational and front-desk support to ensure daily office workflows run smoothly.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette, managing incoming inquiries and professional client communication.
- Handle high-volume data entry tasks with high speed and accuracy.
- Establish, organize, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Conduct professional outbound outreach, client follow-up calls, and manage correspondence.
- Maintain office inventory, manage supplies, and coordinate basic schedules or calendar appointments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of formal administrative, receptionist, or clerical office experience (Required).
- Education: Secondary School completion preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal English skills with a polished phone manner.
- Time Management: Proven ability to multitask, manage accurate records, prioritize tasks, and meet daily operational deadlines effectively.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to our Mississauga office daily (Required).
Benefits & Schedule
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Standard business hours; weekends as needed).
- Language: French is not required (English required).
- Additional Pay: Commission pay opportunities.
