This is a temporary, 18-month contract. _____________________________________________________________________________ What you’ll accomplish with us As a Communications Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Develop and execute communication strategies to promote a transparent and consistent flow of information within Dealer Services and Partners. Develop a communications framework that establishes norms, standards, templates and processes. Create and distribute compelling content for communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, project emails, weekly updates, video, and social media platforms. Collaborate with various departments and project managers to ensure that communication aligns with organizational goals and initiatives. Organize and coordinate internal events, town hall meetings, and employee engagement initiatives. Support senior leadership in crafting key messages and announcements working alongside our GCX team when applicable for interviews and press. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts.
