Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Assistant at the Allan Small Financial Group located in Toronto, ON. The Licensed Assistant will provide administrative and client support, including managing client accounts, preparing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating appointments. The role involves collaborating with the Investment Advisor to ensure exceptional client service, assisting with compliance requirements, and handling client inquiries with professionalism. The role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities to contribute to the success of the team.
Qualifications Administrative and organizational skills, including managing records, scheduling, and handling correspondence efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills for providing exceptional client service and handling inquiries with professionalism Proficiency in compliance processes, regulatory requirements, and financial documentation Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment Experience with managing client accounts and supporting financial advisors is considered an asset Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is beneficial Proficiency in relevant software applications and an aptitude for learning new systems Minimum education requirement: a relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
